By accessing FairLane or activating segments through the Skydeo Audience Marketplace, you agree to be bound by the Skydeo Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Permitted use of segments
FairLane audiences are licensed for invitation-to-apply and brand marketing only. They are not consumer report data under the FCRA and may not be used for credit eligibility, underwriting, pricing, or account-management decisions.
Accounts and responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for activity under your account, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law, including fair-lending and privacy requirements.
Intellectual property & limits
The marketplace, its data, and its software are owned by Skydeo or its licensors. The terms describe warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and how the agreement may be modified or terminated.
